We have a variety of ministry opportunities both inside and outside the church building.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY 

We teach the bible that leads to salvation. This also leads to spiritual growth and Godly standards for teens and ultimately, building a firm foundation for their future.

Preschoolers should know

Elementary age kids should know

How and why they need to make wise choices.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

BriarKids 

This children's ministry meets on Wednesday evenings while the adults meet for prayer service. The children spend time learning to apply Biblical truths, playing games, and doing crafts.

STUDENT MINISTRY

Our number one focus for this ministry is God. From there we take great pride in pouring the true gospel into the lives of our students. Here at Briarwood we understand the importance of a thriving student ministry that emphasizes not only moral principles but biblical principles as well. This is accomplished through bible studies, mentorship and fellowship. Our goal is to see every student that comes through that door – whether as a guest or as a regular attendee – to have the resources, the knowledge and the opportunity to experience the reality and joy of a relationship with Jesus Christ. We also like to have fun with monthly activities, mission work, camp and some fun around town playing laser tag or bowling. Briarwood would love to have you in our student ministry. BIBLE STUDY

Our Bible Study time is at 10:50 AM Sunday mornings immediately after our worship service at 9:30 AM. We have child care for babies and toddlers, age-graded classes through 5th grade, student classes for grades 6-12 and mixed-age classes for adults.

Everyone is welcome at any time to our bible studies. The curriculum is sequential but anyone can start at any point. All of our workers for children and students are background-checked and well trained for teaching their classes so you can be comfortable that your children will be well cared for.

SPRING FESTIVAL

Easter time event to reach out to our community and point them to Jesus.

MEN'S MINISTRY

Our Men's Ministry has started Brothers & Breakfast where they men meet for breakfast, fellowship, and prayer.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

Our Women's Ministry has lead numerous Bible studies geared towards women and families. They also focus on prayer and fellowship.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

This ministry is focused on bringing God’s love to the children of our communities through a fun filled week of learning, crafts and activities.
